To develop nurse leaders at Felician University School of Nursing and its healthcare community. 


Our Aims:
1.      Promote the scholarship and leadership of Felician students and its nursing community. 
2.      Promote participation and engagement of all chapter members in Chapter activities. 
3.      Ensure fiscal viability and growth of the chapter.

If you'd like to transfer or add our current Sigma membership to our Chapter, please call member services at 1-888-634-7575. You don't need to be affiliated with Felician University to become a member of our Chapter. If you are up for renewal, this add or transfer can be done online. Adding or transferring to our Chapter will be a $20 fee.

    We held our 2024 Induction Ceremony on April 11, 2024 and welcomed 53 new members to our chapter.  Thank you to member, Dr. Kaganovskaya for delivering the Keynote presentation on advocacy!

  • National Marrow Donation Program Event

  • UN Trip 3.18.24

    We had an excellent trip to the United Nations Headquarters on March 18, 2024 with 10 BSN Students as well as Alpha Beta Chi Board Members: D. Waszak, E. Wignall, M.C. Smith, and Members: M.J. Genuino, and Y. Markiv.  We were able to meet up and briefly hear from our Sigma UN Liaison, Dr. Patrick Chiu who happened to be on the grounds that day!

  • Alpha Beta Chi Chapter Attends the Biennial Convention in San Antonio

    Vice-President, Eric Wignall, represented our chapter at the 47th Annual Sigma Biennial Convention held in San Antonio and served as a delegate, while President, Daria Waszak, participated as a virtual delegate. Our Chapter was called out as one the newly chartered chapters introduced - No. 620!  Congratulations to our Chartering Officer, Gloria Chan, who was re-elected as Vice-President for Sigma International and Amita Avadhani, who was re-elected as our regional director.
